Warehouse
Our long-standing core competence is the storage of commercial goods.
We have tailored our shelves to meet customer requirements and the nature of their goods. We can store pallets up to 2.30 metres high. Inventory and warehouse management are supported by our modern freight forwarding software. We provide you with an automated data exchange system. With the use of scanners, we can provide you with data records such as serial or batch numbers, as well as withdrawal notifications, via computer interface.
Additional services include:
- Incoming goods inspections and notifications
- Picking and packing
- Measuring and weighing
- Sorting and transshipping
- Provision of digital photos
We are unable to accept furniture and temperature-controlled goods.
Hazardous substance storage
Since 2010, we have been offering storage services for hazardous goods. We can accommodate the storage of hazardous classes 3, 8, and 9.
Regular training sessions conducted by our partner DEKRA ensure safety at the warehouse and keep all employees up-to-date with the latest knowledge in hazardous goods logistics.
Special Services
In addition to our core business of warehousing, we offer special services tailored to your needs. Among other things, we handle, for a long-standing customer, the preparation of goods for TÜV inspection in coordination with the TÜV testing authorities.

Seaport forwarding
Import and export forwarding are crucial components of our company. Thanks to our strong connections with all key partners such as shipping lines, port operators, fellow freight forwarders, and customs authorities, we can offer a global service.

Customs authorisations & AEO status
A milestone in the recent history of S&O is that in 2018, we obtained the status of Authorized Economic Operator for customs simplifications "AEO-C". Together with our partner Dakosy, we establish the connection to the ATLAS customs system.
We offer you:
- Authorization as Authorized Consignee for non-cleared/non-taxed goods
- Authorization of a customs warehouse for non-cleared/non-taxed goods
- Import customs clearance
- Customs and EUST accounts
- Export clearances - Export Accompanying Document, EUR1, and ATR certificate
- Customs transit document (T1)
- Authorization of a bonded warehouse
